Collection Prepared by Northwest Utilities
SEM programs are proliferating in the Northwest, and other parts of North America. This collection includes SEMHub resources that convey the purpose, structure and approach of specific SEM programs. Resources including guides, program websites and other customer-facing recruitment materials reflect a variety of different types of SEM program designs and go to market strategies. The collection also includes cross-cutting resources focused on specific SEM design elements and emerging program implementation strategies. The collection provides useful examples that will be most useful for those involved in SEM program design, strategy, marketing, recruitment and implementation.
