Developed by members of the Northwest SEM Collaborative, the following document describes principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and Lean Management that strategic energy management (SEM) participants can use to improve their energy management assessment plans.
Together, DEI and Lean Management best practices can ensure that facilities incorporate all voices and motivate full-team participation for more inclusive, synergistic, and comprehensive SEM programs.
