The Northwest Energy Efficiency Partnership's (NEEP) SEM Program Tracker serves as an educational tool for current and aspiring SEM stakeholders, including program administrators, implementers, and end-users who are at the beginning of their SEM journey. This tool tracks and analyzes leading SEM program efforts across the Northeast region and provides information about each state’s SEM program sectors, model, best practices, lessons learned, successes, and challenges. The tracker is updated quarterly, with their Q4 update including an annual review and analysis of Northeast SEM program progress.
