This is the first of two evaluation reports on the CORE Improvement Pilot which was developed and implemented by the Production Efficiency program beginning in 2012 to help medium-sized industrial customers adopt strategic energy management (SEM) practices. This first report covers findings from staff and participant interviews, as well as a technical review of the Monitoring, Tracking &Reporting tools used by customers, from the first CORE cohort.
