BPA's Measurement & Verification Resources (Updated 2024)

In 2023, BPA worked with a team led by Facility Energy Solutions to help them revise their M&V protocol documents. Originally published in 2012 and most recently revised in 2018, these documents assure reliable energy savings for custom utility projects. After a detailed review and user assessment, the team recently released the revised 3.0 version of the documents, including:

  • Regression for M&V Reference Guide
  • M&V Protocol Selection Guide
