This course teaches attendees how to use USDOE MotorMaster+ software, an energy efficient motor selection and management tool, which includes a catalog of over 20,000 AC motors. This tool features motor inventory management tools, maintenance log tracking, efficiency analysis, savings evaluation, energy accounting, and environmental reporting capabilities. The course includes an enhanced user manual with new reporting methods and efficient predictive maintenance practices. This DOE software, which can be downloaded for free, will be discussed in class: https://www.energy.gov/eere/amo/downloads/motormaster-tool. This course is coordinated by the NEEA Industrial Training project and is co-sponsored by Lewis County PUD, City of Port Angeles, Clallam County PUD, Cowlitz County PUD, Grays Harbor PUD, Jefferson County PUD, Mason County PUD No. 3, McCleary Light & Power, Pacific County PUD No. 2, Puget Sound Energy, Seattle City Light, Snohomish County PUD, Tacoma Public Utilities, Tanner Electric, Bonneville Power Administration, Northwest Food Processors Association and Washington State University Energy Program.
