Hi Jim, Nice to see you at the AESP event yesterday. Here is a link to the NW EMA I mentioned. Please feel free to create a TEST session (just use "test" in the company name as you play around with the tool and question set so we know to delete it with all the other test sessions). I wonder if this could be helpful either in program delivery, evaluation, or perhaps both. I read your ESI evaluation with interest, and it occurred to me that data on company SEM practices wasn't as robust as much of the other data you were working with & validating.
